ABOUT

Running a business takes time, dedication, and hard work. It is nearly impossible to focus on the critical parts–the products and services of the business and its clients–while simultaneously navigating the morass of legal employment laws.

This can be particularly hard on small business owners.

Likewise, the focus on a real estate or business deal, service contract, or other agreement is to maximize value and successfully complete the deal. The negotiation phase is also a critical time, however, to ensure the deal is free of legal issues and landmines. A great lawyer can allow the parties to maintain their focus on the deal, while the lawyer ensures it legally meets all objectives while avoiding damaging repercussions.

The Law Offices of Carolyn Alifragis Boyd provides its clients with top-notch legal advocacy to protect clients from legal pitfalls while enabling them to maximize their unique business needs and goals. Each client receives a superior level of individualized service and attention, together with cost-effective and valuable legal solutions.
